Fun, Friends & Adventure

At 2nd Wharton Scout Group, we strive to ensure that Scouting is about fun, friends and exciting activities. Our 
group is open to boys and girls from 6½
to 14 years of age, starting with Beavers, 
moving on to Cubs and finally Scouts. 
Scouting helps young people
achieve their full physical, intellectual, 
social and spiritual potential and our program 
of activities helps them to realize this.

We slowly build up from fun, games 
and days out with our Beaver Group, 
to Cubs who enjoy nights away and 
camping trips. Scouts may plan their own 
adventurous activities, camps and 
expeditions, which in turn helps them to 
become responsible citizens. If you think 
that Scouting would appeal to you, the first 
night is free, so come and join the fun, you 
will be back next week!
